Can I send a Love Letter to someone different next month?

Yes, you can! Contact us with the new recipient’s name and mailing address before the next mailing deadline. If a letter is already being prepared or mailed, we can help arrange the change for a future letter.

When will my order join a mailing?

We prepare and mail Love Letters in two rounds each month. First Round orders close on the 1st, and Second Round orders close on the 15th, both at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders placed after a deadline join the next round. These are order deadlines, not delivery dates.

Do you ship internationally?

We are not set up for international shipping at this time.

Do two mailing rounds mean two letters each month?

No. A subscription includes one Love Letter each month. Two rounds provide two opportunities for orders to join a mailing.

What is included in every Love Letter?

A Love Letter with Scriptures made personal, Scripture cards, original artwork, and extra surprises.

Is a custom photo included with every plan?

No. The His Love Letter plan does not include a custom photo. Personal Touch lets you choose a photo or an occasion card and add an optional custom note.

Can I choose a birthday or other occasion card?

With Personal Touch, choose a Birthday, Thank You, Thinking of You, or Christmas card instead of a photo. You can include an optional custom note with any style. Your checkout choice applies to the first letter; use Monthly submissions for later selections.

What if I do not submit a note or photo?

Your Personal Touch subscription continues at your chosen billing frequency even if you do not submit a note, photo, or card selection for a month. Not submitting does not pause or cancel your subscription.

Can I send just one gift?

Yes. The one-time Love Letter is $20.99 with no subscription. A custom note is available with the mailed one-time gift.

What is His Love Letters?

A Christian gift in an envelope, filled with reminders of God’s love. Choose a subscription or a one-time gift. Each letter is prepared by hand and mailed to your loved one, with an optional custom note and photo.

How do I tell you who it’s for?

After purchase, fill out the recipient form with your loved one’s name and mailing address. We use those details to send their letters.

Where do I send my note and photo?

With Personal Touch, use Monthly submissions in your member dashboard to choose your photo or occasion card and add an optional custom note before the submission deadline.

Can I send a letter to myself?

Yes. You can subscribe for yourself or someone you love. Enter your own name and mailing address in the recipient form after purchase.
